Constance J. Pritchard

Constance J. Pritchard, EdD, NCDA Fellow and Master Trainer, is the principal and owner of The Pritchard Group, an international organizational development and career management training firm.  Constance previously worked in higher education in faculty and managerial roles where programs under her direction (orientation, career services, and advisement) received national awards.  Her dissertation research on small business hiring practices gained national accolades.  She is currently a Contributing Editor for NCDA’s Career Development Magazine, treasurer for the Middle Atlantic Career Counseling Association, and a board member for the Asian Pacific Career Development Association.  In her consulting and coaching practice, she works frequently with individuals seeking an encore career.  She has delivered NCDA’s Facilitating Career Development training nationally and internationally, including most US states and the Middle East, Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia.
