Join this informative presentation from the design and implementation team for the World of Work™ Initiative, a career development framework developed and deployed across the 28 K-8 schools in the Cajon Valley Union School District in El Cajon, California. The initiative is a research-based framework for teachers to integrate career development in their classrooms and leverages research frameworks such as the Holland RIASEC. During this presentation participants will learn about the three-year journey from development of the theory of action through to the most recent research developing from one of the largest sample sizes of middle-school student possible selves’ data ever collected.

This webinar will be presented by Ed Hidalgo, the Chief Innovation and Engagement Officer at the Cajon Valley Union School District, San Diego, CA.
