NCDA offered the CCCE Credential from 2016 - 2021 and was discontinued on December 14, 2021.  At that time, it was discontinue due to low interest and involvement.  Those earning the CCCE may continue to utilize the credential as long as the continuing education requirements are maintained.  

What was the Certified Career Counselor Educator (CCCE) credential?

This credential is designed to recognize faculty and other counselor educators whose primary focus is on the training of new counselors who will specialize in the field of career counseling and career development including research, publications, scholarly work and other contributions to the field of career counseling.
