Dr. LeAnn Morgan is the past Chair of NCDA's Training and Education Council (TEC) and is a graduate of the NCDA Leadership Academy. She earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at The University of Northern Colorado and has been teaching and supervising in the school counselor education field for over 20 years. She is currently a member of the Core Faculty in the School Counseling Program at Walden University and is a former high school counselor and School-to-Career Coordinator and is a Certified K-12 School Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. Her recent research focuses on career development for emerging adults, career counseling for the selection of a college major, and youth first jobs during COVID. She recently co-authored an award-winning article in Career Developments entitled, “Exploring the Intersection of Students’ Mental Health and Career Development Needs.”
